The hotel's location was fab, really close to lovely Gardens, the Peak District national park and the restaurant. Furthermore, very close to Cromford town centre. Small double room had an exceptionally comfortable bed. We had central heating, television, and coffee and tea making equipment plus a luxury bathroom...

Substantial and hearty breakfast for the start of the day with a great view and views of the garden, as for instance. Perfect and convenient location in the fantastic area, right by the Peak District national park, and beautiful grounds.

Cozy room, generous breakfast, with the comfortable king-sized bed. The inclusion of free parking made exploring the area convenient as well.
Everything was spot-on.

The hotel features a fine garden area, perfect for any outdoor gathering, with a large marquee that adds charm. The Double or Twin Room offers some fine character, mixing traditional vibes with functionality that any traveler appreciates.
The room could feel a bit cramped, especially for those who prefer more space to move around. The roll-top bath is visually appealing, but if you're not spry, getting in and out can be tricky without a helping hand. The lack of a long mirror in the room can be a hassle for anyone needing to check their look before heading out. Some furnishings, like the pillows, are on the firm side, and certain areas showed signs of wear that might not sit well with everyone.

Very pleasant hotel, staff very friendly and efficient. We arrived very late and it was no problem. We had a very good breakfast but did not eat there in the evening as we were at our aunts convent.
